Spicy Pickled Cucumbers

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Let sit for at least 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  4. Will keep in the refrigerator for 3 days.
