Pie a La Tamale

  1. Crush corn chips.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 package over the bottom of a 9x11-inch baking dish.
  3. Unwrap tamales and arrange over top of crushed chips.
  4. Combine 2 cans of chili and water.
  5. Pour over tamales.
  6. Sprinkle onions over chili.
  7. Sprinkle cheese over onions.
  8. Top with remaining crushed corn chips.
  9. Bake in moderate oven (350) 35 to 40 minutes.
