Cream of Garlic Soup
- 4 -8 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 teaspoons hard margarine or 3 teaspoons hard butter
- 3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 2 (10 ounce) cans condensed vegetable broth
- 2 (10 ounce) cans milk
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- Saute garlic in margarine in medium saucepan until golden.
- Mix in flour.
- Add vegetable broth, stirring until boiling and thickened.
- Add milk and paprika.
- Gently simmer for about 5 minutes until garlic is cooked.
