Thai-style Seaweed Soup

  1. Add water to full pot.
  2. Add salt , garlic and pepper.
  3. Waiting for hot.
  4. Marinate pork with oyster sauce and soy sauce.
  5. Form pork mixture into a small ball and drop into hot water.
  6. Add slice egg tofu and seeweed.
  7. Bring glass noodles to boil in another pot for 1 minutes and put in the main pot.
  8. Season more salt if you want.
  9. Add chopped green onions.
  10. When ready , serve and top with finely chopped cilantro.
