  3. Pour oyster juice (1 cup) in.
  4. Put oysters on.
  5. Place spinach on top.
  6. Let all be cooked and done.
  7. Prepare the dish.

  9. Spread spinach on plate.
  10. Put oysters on spinach.
  11. Pour roux sauce on top.
