Cracker-Topped Cheesy Bacon & Chicken Casserole
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen vegetable blend
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) cream-style corn
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 2 cups coarsely crushed cheddar cheese snack crackers
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 egg
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cook and stir 8 to 10 min.
- or until done.
- Add vegetable blend, corn, cream cheese and bacon; cook 3 to 5 min or until cream cheese is melted.
- Spoon chicken mixture into 2-qt.
- casserole.
- Mix crackers, flour, butter and egg; sprinkle over chicken mixture.
- Bake 30 min.

- Cool 10 min.
