Peanut Butter & Jelly Wings
- 4 lb Chicken Wings
- 1 10 oz. Jar Grape Jelly
- 1/2 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce, I used Frank's
- Pre heat oven to 450
- Place wings on a parchment lined cookie sheet
- Bake for 45 minutes
- Change oven from bake to high broil
- In a saucepan, add peanut butter, jelly, vinegar, and hot sauce.
- Heat until well blended
- Broil chicken for 5 minutes or until crispy, flip and broil other side 5 more minutes or until crispy
- Place in a container, add sauce, mix well and serve
- Enjoy!
