Grilled Chicken with Rice Broccoli
- 20 oz. chopped frozen broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 BOCA Spicy Chikn Veggie Patties
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 4 s, Favorite Flavor
- 20 large fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Heat broccoli as directed on package.
- Blend olive oil, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- Pour over hot broccoli.
- Heat Chik'n patty per package instructions.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Serve each person one Chikn patty and one quarter of the broccoli and rice.
- For dessert, spoon each cup gelatin into bowl or parfait glass; top with one quarter of the strawberries and 2 Tbsp.
