Chicken Enchilada Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut of cooked chicken.
  3. Mix in all other ingredients except corn chips.
  4. Spread in a 8x8 in baking dish and top with corn chips.
  5. Bake about 20 min then cool and serve.
  6. Great with corn muffins.
