Symbas Fried Chicken

  1. first roll chicken parts in flour an dry italian mixed together then mix i cup water with the two eggs then back in flour mixture place i hot skillet (black cast iron) with enough hot grease to cover chicken now here is my trick when chicken is golden brown remove from skillet an place on a broiler pan so grease can drip away from chicken an finish cooking i sometimes sprinkle a little dry italian season on top.
  2. also if you do not have flour bread crumbs works an another favorite is boxed pancake mix.
