Lime and Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cup lime juice (about 4 limes)
- 3 tbsp sweetener
- 2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Combine lime juice, sugar, pepper, oil, salt, and 1/4 cup of water in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag.
- Stir/shake to dissolve sugar.
- Set aside.
