Creme De Menthe Cheesecake Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. In medium bowl combine crust ingredients; mix well.
  3. Press on bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.
  4. Freeze crust while preparing filling.
  5. In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; beat on low speed until smooth.
  6. Pour into crust-lined pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool.
  8. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
  9. Cool 5 minutes; beat in sour cream.
  10. Spread over warm cheesecake.
  11. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
