Beef and Rocket Salad with French Mustard & Honey Dressing
- 4 x 120g porterhouse steak
- olive oil spray
- 50g wild rocket leaves
- 100g green beans, blanched
- 1 yellow capsicum, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup toasted flaked almonds, optional
- 1/2 cup KRAFT French Mustard & Honey Dressing
- Spray the steaks with oil and chargrill to your liking.
- Wrap in foil and stand 5 minutes before slicing.
- Combine all the remaining salad ingredients, then top with the steak.
- Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with almonds, serve immediately.
