Beef and Rocket Salad with French Mustard & Honey Dressing

  1. Spray the steaks with oil and chargrill to your liking.
  2. Wrap in foil and stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Combine all the remaining salad ingredients, then top with the steak.
  4. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with almonds, serve immediately.
