Cheesy Spinach & Bacon Casserole
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) 2% Milk VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 24 round buttery crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook VELVEETA and milk in saucepan on low heat 10 min.
- or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
- Pour over combined spinach and bacon in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; mix well.
- Bake 15 min; stir.
- Combine cracker crumbs and oil; sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until heated through.
