Asian Pork With Hot Mustard Sauce Recipe

  1. In a bowl, combine mustard, oil, vinegar, salt if you like and turmeric; gradually add in lowfat milk till smooth.
  2. Chill.
  3. In a large resealable plastic bag or possibly shallow glass dish, combine soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, molassas and garlic.
  4. Add in pork; seal or possibly cover and chill for 4-6 hrs, turning occasionally.
  5. Place the pork in a shallow roasting pan; throw away marinade.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 40 min or possibly till a meat thermometer reads 160-170 .
  7. Let stand for 5 min.
  8. Slice pork; sprinkle with sesame seeds if you like.
  9. Serve with the mustard sauce.
