Grilled Garlic Toast Bruschetta

  1. Slice baguette in 1/4-inch slices.
  2. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  3. Using a flat knife, spread mixture thickly on slice baguette.
  4. Arrange on waxed paper covered tray (no spacing necessary; close together is fine).
  5. Place in a 400u0b0 preheated oven for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Allow to cool on the tray, then transfer to a plate.
  7. These are great the day before needed or the day you intent to serve them.
  8. If made the day before a double batch may be necessary.
  9. Family and friends may want to sample them before you make it to the table! Check after 5 minutes.
  10. Cooking times may vary depending upon your oven.
