Lasagna

  1. Simmer beef and sausage until brown.
  2. Drain all fat.
  3. Simmer onion, pepper and celery until tender.
  4. Add to beef mixture.
  5. Add oregano, salt, pepper and garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste and Ragu sauce.
  6. Simmer while cooking noodles.
  7. Layer sauce, noodles, Mozzarella, Ricotta and sauce.
  8. Should make 3 layers.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0 for 35 minutes.
  10. Let cool 10 minutes.
