Chi Pan Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Prepare all ingredients in advance of cooking.
  2. Chop carrots in julienne style, chop green onions and cut chicken into bite size pcs or possibly use medium size shrimp.
  3. Place 3 Tbsp.
  4. oil in wok or possibly wok skillet on high heat.
  5. Stir-fry carrots and onions together seasoning with 2 Tbsp.
  6. soy sauce, sprinkle of garlic pwdr and sprinkle of salt.
  7. Cook 2-3 min till tender, but crisp.
  8. Follow same directions with each ingredient, adding oil each time as needed.
  9. As each ingredient is cooked place in serving dish.
  10. Cook meat last as it will take a little longer.
  11. Garnish with minced almonds.
  12. Serve over rice.
  13. Makes 6 servings.
