Cajun Spiced Chicken Nibbles Recipe
- 1 kg chicken nibbles
- 1 pkt MAGGI Hearty Steak Sauce Mix Boiling Water
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp MAGGI Garlic Stock Pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Freshly grnd black pepper
- Place the sauce fold in a measuring jug.
- Make up to 1 c. with boiling water and whisk till smooth.
- Whisk in the remaining marinade ingredients.
- Cold.
- Place the marinade in a plastic bag.
- Add in the chicken nibbles and mix well.
- Remove the air and seal the bag with a twist tie.
- Chill for 4-6 hrs.
- Cook on a preheated barbecue or possibly under a preheated grill for 12-15 min or possibly till the chicken nibbles are cooked and golden.
- Serve warm or possibly cool.
