Flop Proof Apple Pie
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 (375 g) can pie apples
- Beat sugar and butter together until creamy.
- Add eggs and beat slowly.
- Add flour and baking powder slowly and beat.
- Add milk and beat.
- Empty tin of pie apples into the mixture and pour into an oven proof dish.
- spinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top.
- Bake at 180 C for 1/2 an hour.
