Microwave Stuffed Mushrooms With Spinach Recipe
- 6 ounce. frzn spinach souffle
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 ounce. fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Remove souffle from foil.
- Divide in half with sharp knife.
- Return to freezer.
- In small bowl, defrost at 50% power for 2-5 min.
- Fold in other ingredients, except mushrooms.
- Wash mushrooms, remove and chop stems.
- Place stems in small bowl with butter.
- Microwave at high for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 min.
- Mix with other ingredients and stuff caps.
- Microwave 1 1/2 to 3 min, rotating caps.
