Microwave Stuffed Mushrooms With Spinach Recipe

  1. Remove souffle from foil.
  2. Divide in half with sharp knife.
  3. Return to freezer.
  4. In small bowl, defrost at 50% power for 2-5 min.
  5. Fold in other ingredients, except mushrooms.
  6. Wash mushrooms, remove and chop stems.
  7. Place stems in small bowl with butter.
  8. Microwave at high for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 min.
  9. Mix with other ingredients and stuff caps.
  10. Microwave 1 1/2 to 3 min, rotating caps.
