Baked Sesame Fish Recipe
- 2 x 6 ounce Orange Roughy, Red Snapper or possibly Halibut Fillets
- 2 Tbsp. Orange Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar Nonstick Vegetable Spray
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
- Place fish in a single layer in a glass baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine orange juice, ketchup, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
- Pour over fish.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hrs, turning once.
- Remove fish and reserve marinade.
- Coat broiler pan with nonstick spray.
- Put fish on pan and broil about 4 min on each side.
- Heat remaining sauce and pour over fish on serving plate.
- Top with sesame seeds.
