Chinese Sweet & Sour Pork Recipe

  1. Combine soy sauce, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate and garlic.
  2. Pour over pork and allow to stand 30 min; stir occasionally.
  3. Dredge pork pcs in cornstarch.
  4. Cook meat, a few pcs at a time in warm deep fat (380 degrees) for 8 to 10 min or possibly till crisp and brown.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Keep hot.
  7. Meanwhile make Sweet and Sour Sauce in large skillet.
