Triple Berry Smoothie

  1. Combine the yogurt, water, and orange juice in a blender and process for a few seconds.
  2. Add the strawberries and process until well blended, then add the blueberries, raspberries, flaxseeds, and agave nectar and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of unrefined virgin coconut oil for additional healthy fat and calories.
  5. For more protein, add a scoop of whey protein powder.
  6. Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for 2 days.
  7. Shake well again before serving.
