Feta, Tomato and Basil Grilled Cheese

  1. Bush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
  2. Place on work surface, oiled side down.
  3. Top 4 bread slices with tomatoes, basil, provolone and feta.
  4. Cover with remaining bread slices, oiled side up and press together.
  5. Cook in panini press 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
