Grandmother's Cottage Pudding Recipe

• 3 tbsp. butter
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 2/3 c. flour
• 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• Healthy pinch salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2/3 c. lowfat milk

1. Mix and bake in shallow pan.
2. Serve with sauce.
