Beer Soup Recipe

• 1 bot of beer
• 4 ounce Sugar
• 4 x Egg yolks
• 1 ounce Butter

1. Mix beer with yolks and sugar in a jug.
2. Pour into saucepan and beat with rotary whisk, till it boils.
3. Remove from heat at boiling point, add in butter and serve with a garnish of parsley and paprika.
