Soup Kharcho
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 tbsp rice
- 1 medium onion
- 100 grams tomato paste
- 1 small garlic
- 1 coriander
- 1 khmeli suneli (spice)
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 salt
- 1 ground black pepper
- Boil the chicken breast in salty water
- Remove the breast from the water and add washed rice into the bouillon.
- By the time rice is being boiled, cut the onion into very small cubes and fry in oil.
- Then add tomato paste and 5 tablespoon of bouillon to the onion, close the cover and let it boil on low fire.
- By that time crumble the poultry.
- In other words split the meat from the bones, cut into small pieces with hands (do not cut with knife)
- Add the poultry and tomato mass to the boiling soup.
- Add a small clove of grated
- Add salt, pepper, khmelu suneli, coriander, bay leaves.
- Serve hot.
- Before serving you can put a leaf of any green to the soup as decoration.
