Sea Bass Meuniere

  1. Remove the skin from fillets if any.
  2. Evenly sprinkle the fillets with salt, pepper and herbs.
  3. Lightly coat with flour.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry sea bass until both sides are golden and crisp.
  5. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve while hot.
