Smucker's Saucy Chicken

  1. COMBINE marmalade, soy sauce, ketchup and water in large bowl.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cover.
  3. Refrigerate for three to four hours, or overnight, turning chicken pieces occasionally.
  4. PREHEAT oven to 375F
  5. Remove chicken from large bowl and place in a single layer, skin side up, in a baking pan.
  6. Brush with marinade.
  7. Bake, uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
  8. Brush with marinade several times during cooking, to within 15 minutes of removing from oven.
  9. Discard remaining marinade.
