Butternut Squash Puff

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps:
  2. Combine 2 cups mashed cooked butternut squash with 1/2 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product, 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs, 2 Tbsp.
  3. brown sugar, 1 egg and a dash each of ground ginger, pepper and salt.
  4. Place in a greased shallow baking dish (1 L).
  5. Sprinkle with additional 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
  6. Bake at 350F for 30 min.
  7. or until lightly browned.
