Southwestern Black Bean and Corn Salad
- 1 (16 oz) can black beans
- 1 (16 oz) can corn
- 1 (8 oz) can sliced black olives
- 2 stalks of celery diced
- 1 bunch green onions diced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp lawery's seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- Drain canned vegetables and rinse the black beans.
- Blend the ingredients for the dressing.
- Blend together the vegetables and dressing and refrigerate overnight.
