Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

  1. Mix together real good flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. Beat Large eggs; gradually add in sugar mix and mix well.
  3. Heat qt of lowfat milk on low.
  4. Don't boil.
  5. Add in egg and sugar mix to lowfat milk; cook about 5 min on low.
  6. Don't boil.
  7. Take off stove.
  8. Add in whipping cream, half & half, 1 small can Pet lowfat milk, 2 tsp.
  9. vanilla, and sufficient lowfat milk to make a gallon of ice cream.
  10. Can be frzn in electric freezer (approximately 30 min) or possibly hand crank freezer.
