Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. flour
- Dash of salt
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- Lowfat milk
- 2 sm. containers whipping cream
- 2 sm. half & half
- 1 sm. can Pet lowfat milk
- Ice cream salt
- Ice
- Mix together real good flour, salt, and sugar.
- Beat Large eggs; gradually add in sugar mix and mix well.
- Heat qt of lowfat milk on low.
- Don't boil.
- Add in egg and sugar mix to lowfat milk; cook about 5 min on low.
- Don't boil.
- Take off stove.
- Add in whipping cream, half & half, 1 small can Pet lowfat milk, 2 tsp.
- vanilla, and sufficient lowfat milk to make a gallon of ice cream.
- Can be frzn in electric freezer (approximately 30 min) or possibly hand crank freezer.
