Easy Coconut Dream Pie

  1. Beat whipped topping mix and 1 cup of the milk in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed 6 minutes or until topping thickens and forms stiff peaks.
  2. Add remaining 1-3/4 cups milk and dry pudding mixes; beat on low speed until well blended.
  3. Beat on high speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
  4. Gently stir in coconut and pecans.
  5. Spoon into pastry shell.
  6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with additional toasted coconut, if desired.
  8. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
