Vegetable Ham Bone Soup Recipe

  1. Combine vegetables and water to cover in a Dutch oven.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45 min.
  4. Add in tomato juice, ham bone and seasonings.
  5. Cover; simmer 1 hour.
  6. Yield: 5 qts.
