S'mores Cheesecake

  1. Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter.
  2. Press into the bottom and 1 3/4 inches up the sides of a greased 9" springform pan.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. On low, beat eggs one at a time until just blended.
  5. Stir in 1 cup of marshmallows and 1 cup of chocolate chips.
  6. Pour mixture on top of crust.
  7. Bake cheesecake at 325 for 45-55 minutes or until almost set in the center.
  8. Add the remaining marshmallows to the top of the cheesecake.
  9. Bake for an additional 4 minutes or until the marshmallows puff and brown slightly.
  10. Allow the cheesecake to cool for 1 hour.
  11. While the cheesecake is cooling, melt the remaining chocolate chips and shortening.
  12. Drizzle over the top of the marshmallows.
  13. Refridgerate until completely cooled and firmed.
  14. For best flavor, chill it in the refridgerator overnight.
