Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf

  1. Soak poppy seed in hot water at least 10 minutes.
  2. Mix pudding, cake mix, oil and eggs.
  3. Beat 1 minute.
  4. Add seed and water.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
  7. Use 2 loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes; remove from pan(s).
