Skillet Pork Nachos
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- Cook meat in large skillet on medium-high heat until done, stirring occasionally; drain.
- Return meat to skillet.
- Add water, rice and seasoning mix to skillet; mix well.
- Bring to boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cheese; cover.
- Let stand 5 min.
- ; fluff with fork.
- Spoon onto platter; top with remaining ingredients.
