Cheese, Tomato & Broccoli Pita

  1. Build sandwiches with whole wheat or 12 grain bread, cheese slices, 2 thick tomato slices, lettuce and mayo.
  2. Core and slice green pepper into strips, and enjoy them on the side with an apple and a glass of milk for each person.
