Chicken Cacciatore with Creamy Mashed Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes and cauliflower in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min.
  2. or until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
  4. on each side or until golden brown.
  5. Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add dressing, mushrooms and peppers to skillet; cook and stir 6 min.
  7. Add tomatoes; simmer 8 min.
  8. Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over chicken.
  9. Simmer 3 min.
  10. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
  11. Drain potato mixture; return to pan.
  12. Add cream cheese product; mash until potato mixture is fluffy.
  13. Serve topped with chicken, tomato mixture and basil.
