Edamame Garlic
- 1 bag Frozen edamame (in the pods)
- 1 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 Garlic
- 1 Sesame oil (to saute the garlic)
- 1 Salt
- Chop the garlic and saute in sesame oil until fragrant.
- Remove from the heat and let cool.
- If you're short on time, you could use raw garlic.
- Boil the edamame in salted water.
- If using frozen edamame, follow the directions on the package.
- I boiled for about 5 minutes.
- When they are done boiling, cool the edamame in ice water.
- Toss with the sweet chili sauce.
- Add the aromatic sauteed garlic and mix.
- Adjust the sweetness and saltiness while checking on the taste.
- It should be rather salty.
- The "Edamame Garlic" is ready!
