Fresh crab cakes

  1. Sweat onions and bell pepper until soft
  2. Add crab meat, eggs, green onions, parsley, lemon juice, zest, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and blk pepper to bowl
  3. Add cream and about 2 cup of panko until cakes are dry enough to mold
  4. Portion at 2.5oz and mold into 2" tall cylinders
