Pickled Zante Grapes

  1. Wash grapes.
  2. Remove any damaged or blemished ones.
  3. Put in a jar just large en enough to hold them.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer 2 or 3 minutes.
  6. Let cool completely.
  7. Pour over the grapes, cover and refrigerate 1 week before using.
  8. Will keep months in the refrigerator.
  9. Makes about 2 quarts.
