Chocolate Grenada
- 13 cup cocoa or 13 cup drinking chocolate
- 14 cup caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cups milk, warmed
- 12 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Mix dry ingredients together in a large saucepan.
- Gradually add milk, stirring to form a smooth paste.
- When all milk has been added, heat chocolate mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly until almost boiling.
- Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla before serving.
