Meat gravy with cauliflower rice
- 4 cup grated cauliflower
- 1/4 tsp salt , more if you need it
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 1/3 lb ground meat I used beef
- 2 cup water
- 11 oz broth I used beef broth.
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup dehydrated onions
- 4 oz broth
- 1/4 cup arrowroot powder
- Heat a pan melt the margarine.
- Add water meat and dehydrated onions.
- Simmer break the meat up.
- Add salt, garlic, and pepper
- Simmer till onions are rehydrated.
- Add broth bring to boil mix arrowroot powder and broth mix well add to boiling broth stirring constantly till thickened.
- Grate cauliflower, 4 cups, heat pan add margarine, cauliflower, salt, and oil.
- Cook 5-7 minutes.
- Let sit covered5 minuter serve put gravy over the top of cauliflower rice.
