Layered Mousse Bites
- 2 12 cups boiling water
- 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
- Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir with whisk 2 minute until completely dissolved.
- Stir in whipped topping until well blended.
- Pour into 8-inch square pan.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Cut into 36 pieces.
