Tempura Fish on Udon Noodles with Lemon Aioli
- 500g packet frozen I&J Crispy Battered fish fillets in Tempura Batter
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Egg Mayonnaise Omega 3
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 100g Udon noodles, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 spring onion, cut into thin diagonal slices
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- COOK frozen I&J Crispy Battered Fish Fillets in Tempura Batter following packet directions.
- COMBINE Kraft Egg Mayonnaise Omega 3 with garlic, lemon zest and juice.
- COMBINE cooled Udon noodles, carrot, zucchini, spring onion, sesame oil and soy sauce and divide between serving plates.
- Serve with cooked fish and lemon aioli.
- RECIPE TIP: Any type of noodle is suitable for this recipe such as soba, hokkien or rice noodles.
- Follow packet directions for cooking.
