Spicy Pineapple-Beef Stew

  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add pineapple and chiles; cook 3 to 5 min.
  3. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add meat; cook and stir 5 min.
  5. or until browned.
  6. Stir in broth and soy sauce.
  7. Bring to boil; cover.
  8. Simmer on low heat 1 hour or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
  9. Mix cornstarch and water.
  10. Add to meat mixture along with nuts and peppers; mix well.
  11. Bring to boil; simmer 1 to 2 min.
  12. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  13. Serve over spaghetti.
