Fabulous Feast

• 2 quarts water
• 1 1/2 pinches salt
• 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay(R))
• 4 red potatoes, quartered
• 1 sweet onion, cut into wedges
• 1 pound turkey kielbasa, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 4 ears fresh corn, halved
• 1 pound frozen cooked large shrimp, thawed

1. Combine water, seafood seasoning, and salt in a large pot; bring to a boil and stir potatoes and onion into water mixture. Cook at a boil until potatoes start to soften, about 8 minutes.
2. Stir kielbasa pieces into potato mixture; continue boiling until sausage is hot, about 8 minutes more. Stir in corn halves; boil until tender, about 10 minutes.
3. Mix shrimp into kielbasa mixture and cook until shrimp is heated through, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and drain before ladling into bowls.
