Sierra Leonean Cabbage Soup

  1. Brown ground beef.
  2. Add palm oil and thoroughly melt.
  3. Add onions and cabbage until tender.
  4. Add broth, salt, peppers, and tomato paste or sauce.
  5. Cook until heated through.
  6. Serve over brown jasmine rice.
